What do I do when my equipment doesn’t work?

If I have a Managed Services contract with OBM, what do I do when I have an IT issue?
If you have an IT related issue and you have a Managed Services contract with OBM, please call the OBM Help Desk at 1-866-520-6414. If you do not have a Managed Services contract with OBM, please contact your company’s IT department. You may contact OBM at ITMNS@OhioBusinessMachines.com or 1-800-900-8249 in the event you would like help troubleshooting your IT issue or would like a free network assessment.
How do I order supplies?
When you need supplies for your equipment, please call OBM at 1-800-900-8249. An OBM customer service representative will answer the phone and be happy to place a supply order for you. You may also place a supply order online through the OBM customer portal on this site. With FMAudit, OBM can monitor your toner levels and fulfill your toner orders automatically. Please note that FMAudit does not monitor waste toner containers or staples.
What is FMAudit?
FMAudit is the program OBM uses to proactively monitor your equipment to make sure that your contract invoices are accurate and that you will have in hand the toner you need for your business, when you need it; saving your company the inconvenience and expense of down-time and estimated invoices. How do I recycle empty toner cartridges?
You may also drop off single Sharp cartridges at any Staples location. Staples will take care of recycling the cartridge at no cost to you. If you have any questions regarding the Stop, Drop, Recycle Program, please call us at 216-485-2000.
How do I pay my bill?

To make credit card payments, please call OBM at 216.485.2000. We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. A receipt will be emailed or faxed to you at your request.
To pay your equipment lease invoices, please send your lease payments according to the instructions on the invoice you receive directly from the leasing company.
